Meet Mitch.

I'm a Seattle-based filmmaker and photographer who's spent the better part of two decades behind all kinds of fancy cameras. My focus is finding authentic stories that have the power to move people toward positive action. The goal is to create films that resonate and inspire through carefully crafted visuals and thoughtful, engaging edits.

My career started the way most good things do — sideways. I was a young whipper-snapper who bought a camera instead of Bitcoin, trying to make my friends look cool on skateboards and snowboards around Seattle. That hobby turned into a Visual Journalism degree at Western Washington University, which led into a long stint freelancing as an architectural photographer and camera operator on countless productions. Eventually I morphed into a full time filmmaker and am working on my latest endeavor: Southpaw Motion — my production company focused on documentary-style brand films and lifestyle video for companies that have something real to say.

These days I work with brands and companies who want more than a polished ad. They want something that actually connects — a film their audience will watch to the end, share with someone, and remember.

Real Estate Photography

All homes include a minimum of 15-25 final edited images. Blue skies and green grass can be added to make any day look like beautiful weather. Using a combination of HDR & flash we create balanced and realistic images that beautifully showcase the fine details of a home. Our photos sell homes faster, for more money, and agents can relax with a photographer the know and trust.
